How do I add time to a timecard?

  1. Select “Timecards” from the Menu. Alternatively, select Expedite Icon in the top right hand corner of the screen.
  2. Select the assignment for which you would like to add time.
  3. Select the last day of the current work week.
  4. Select the day to which you would like to add your hours.
  5. Select “Add Time In / Time Out”.
  6. Make your day, hour, minute and a.m./p.m. selections and select “Submit Time In”.
  7. Make your day, hour, minute and a.m./p.m. selections and select “Submit Time Out”.
  8. The hours that you entered will appear listed for the day you selected. Use the delete button to remove any incorrect hours.
  9. Use the Quick Populate Tool to select any additional days to which the same Time In / Time Out information applies.
  10. When complete, select “Save” to return to the summary of your hours.
  11. Select “Back” to return to the Week Ending Date screen.
  12. Select “Back” to return to the Assignment screen.
  13. Use the Menu button to navigate to a different section of the app.

How do I submit a Timecard?

  1. Select “Timecards” from the Menu. Alternatively, select Expedite Icon in the top right hand corner of the screen.
  2. Select the assignment for which you would like to submit a timecard.
  3. Select the last day of the work week you just completed.
  4. Add, edit, or delete time in or time out information, if necessary.
  5. Once the summary accurately reflects the hours worked for the week, select “Submit”.
  6. Read the certification language and select “Agree”.
  7. Your timecard is submitted. Select “Ok” on the confirmation message to return to the notifications page.

How does the Quick Populate Tool work?

The Quick Populate Tool populates the days selected with the time in and time out information on the current screen, overwriting any existing information for that day. You can change any hours that you populated using the Quick Populate Tool by going to the day, deleting the time in and time out information, and saving new information.


Why didn't my Time In information save?

You must submit both time in and time out information for it to save. Selecting “Cancel” on the Time Out screen will result in the Time In information you entered being cancelled as well.


How can I view the timecards I submitted?

To view pending and approved timecards, please log into the Ambassador Experience Center website.
